DZONGRI TREK (4030m)

This is undoubtedly the most popular trek in Sikkim and famed for superb mountain views, a floral spectacle in summer, birds, and views of pristine forest.
The trekkers pass through the Khangchendzonga National park.The entire trek is of 6 - 7days Yuksam to Yuksam.
 
Day 01:
Gangtok-Yuksam: Camp out or Hotel.
 
Day 02:
Trek starts Yuksam - Bakhim (13km, 5-6hours)
 
Day 03:
Bakhim-Tsokha (3000m,4km 1-2hours): Today rest and acclimatize day.
 
Day 04:
Tsokha-Dzongri(11 km 5-6hours)
 
Day05:
Dzongri- We visit the view point above 200m of camp and rest of the day in Dzongri.
 
Day 06:
Dzongri-Tsokha, return journey to Tsokha
 
Day 07:
Tsokha-Yuksam: End of trek
 
Day 08:
Yuksam to onward journey to your next destination
