The visa will be issue upon arrival at the entry point either at Phuntsholling or Paro airport on payment of US$20. Also 2 passport size photos are required. Entry points into Bhutan are by road through Phuentsholing in the south, or by air in Paro. Druk Air, the national carrier is linked to six cities in five countries. There are four flights a week from Bangkok, three flights a week from Kolkotta, two flights a week from New Delhi and Katmandu, and one flight a week from Dhaka and Yangon. It is also mandatory that one must fly Druk air at least once either fly in or fly out. |
